Returns

We accept returns only for products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or received in a condition different from what was ordered.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging where applicable. We reserve the right to decline a return if the product has been used, damaged after delivery, or does not meet our return requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

• Products that have been used or altered

• Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling

• Products returned without prior approval

• Items returned after the allowed return period

• Any product that is not in its original condition, where applicable

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, where possible.

Please allow 10–15 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account after the refund has been approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the circumstances.

Exchange

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged product received from us, we will review the situation and advise you regarding return shipping.

For returns requested for reasons other than an error or issue with the product, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel an order if it has not already been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
